INFRAESTRUCTURA DE PAQUETE DE COMPENSACIÓN Y BONOS
• Gratificación Mensual (10%): Un incentivo del 10% sobre el salario base bruto condicionado al cumplimiento estricto de tres pilares binarios: Asistencia perfecta (42h semanales), Conducta y adherencia estricta a protocolos de salas limpias, y Cumplimiento de metas técnicas fijadas por los Directores. •
Bono Semestral Integral (2 Mensualidades): Cada seis meses se abonan dos mensualidades íntegras proporcionales al salario base del empleado.
Se calcula bruto-para-neto con respecto a deducciones internas, pero reteniendo la seguridad social legal. •
Paga Doble Anual: Otorgada en cada aniversario oficial de AURUM LOGIC , equivalente a una mensualidad íntegra adicional (prorrateada si el empleado lleva menos de un año).
MARCO LEGAL: MODELO DE CONTRATO DE TRABAJO (EXTRACTO)
CLAUSE 5:
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND INVENTIONS .
Pursuant to Article 332 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, all inventions, designs, source codes, software, algorithms, and microchip designs created or developed by the Employee in the course of their employment duties belong exclusively to AURUM LOGIC .
The Employee explicitly waives any right to personal commercial exploitation of such intellectual property.
CLAUSE 6:
CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-COMPETE .
The Employee binds themselves to absolute professional secrecy regarding all technical, financial, and strategic data of the Company.
This obligation remains valid indefinitely after termination.
Furthermore, the Employee shall not engage in any competitive professional activity within the field of AI semiconductors in Switzerland or Europe for a period of twelve (12) months post-termination.
CLAUSE 9:
CORPORATE HOUSING AND ACCOMMODATION BENEFIT 9.1.
The Employer grants the Employee the right to lease a family housing unit within the Company's residential complex located in Sion. 9.2.
The Employee explicitly acknowledges that the entire residential complex remains at all times the exclusive property of AURUM LOGIC .
9.3. The right to occupy the designated housing unit is strictly contingent upon the active employment status of the Employee with the Company. Upon contract termination, the Employee shall vacate the premises within sixty (60) calendar days.
PERFILES DE PUESTOS Y REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:
Área Científica y de Ingeniería (I+D):
Máster o Ph.D. en Ingeniería Electrónica, Física de Semiconductores o Nanotecnología. Mínimo 3-5 años en diseño de circuitos integrados o hardware de aceleración de IA. Inglés avanzado (C1/C2) hablado y escrito técnico.
Área de Técnicos y Operaciones de Planta:
Formación Profesional Superior en Mecatrónica, Automatización, Robótica o Electrónica Industrial. Mínimo 2 años en entornos automatizados o salas limpias (cleanrooms). Inglés técnico para manuales y Francés o Alemán hablado (B1/B2).
Área de Administración y Secretariado:
Grado Universitario en ADE, Relaciones Internacionales, Gestión Multilingüe o Secretariado Ejecutivo. Mínimo 3 años en asistencia ejecutiva o compras en multinacionales o Holdings. Inglés avanzado escrito y Francés/Alemán fluidos hablados (B2/C1).
Área de Seguridad Corporativa e Industrial:
Certificación oficial en Seguridad Industrial, Prevención de Riesgos o formación equivalente. Mínimo 4 años en infraestructuras críticas o plantas complejas de alta tecnología. Inglés técnico para reportes, Francés y Alemán hablado (B2) para autoridades suizas.
